Siobhan O’Leary Bio
Siobhan O’Leary is the founder of Aubergine Partners, an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development firm. In addition to leading Aubergine Partners, she serves as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Convene, an innovative Corporate Conference Center Company.
Siobhan has an unparalleled energy and intuition with which she approaches corporate coaching and core energy leadership. Aubergine Partners, integrates Core Energy coaching with a design thinking process resulting in a program that by definition, drives solutions.
Prior to coaching and joining Convene, Siobhan spent over 25 years as a Human Resource Executive, predominantly in the luxury hospitality field. She worked with Hyatt Hotels, Four Season Hotels & Resorts, The Carlyle and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. Here she gained international experience, capitalizing on the various cultures to develop local leaders’ shared common corporate goals. She has had the honor and enjoyment of developing promoted individuals all over the world.
Siobhan is certified as an executive coach from both the International Coach Federation and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. In 2007, Siobhan completed a Harvard Executive Education program. She also participated in a course at the French Culinary Institute in New York, in 2008. Recently, Siobhan was invited to participate in the first Women in Leadership Forum in Abu Dhabi during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2015.
